This is a circuit based session, using simple equipment & body weight exercises. Variations on exercises are given to cater for individual abilities & physical issues. There is the option to run or walk in between circuits, depending on your needs & abilities. This is not a "boot camp" style session! Suitable for any age & fitness level. Beginners welcome.
