Strength & Stretch Sessions are Personal Sessions (1-on-1) which cater for your individual abilities, needs & goals, whatever they may be;

Strength & Stretch Sessions can be done in the convenience of your own living room, via Zoom, Skype, or Facebook Messenger Video Call, or in person at the Bentleigh Clinic.
All sessions are run by Tarryn, the Health & Well-Being Practitioner at 'Lighten Life', with qualifications & years of experience in; Personal Training, Hatha Yoga Teaching & Functional Fitness.

Depending on your individual goals & preferences, these sessions can include any of the following combinations;

- Yoga Stretches & Breathing Practices
- Nutritional Guidance & Support
How often should I do these Sessions?
Weekly sessions are usually recommended, however you may prefer to have fortnightly or monthly sessions. In most cases you'll have a program to follow in between your sessions, this creates self empowerment & self responsibility.
In the follow-up sessions with Tarryn, your program will be discussed & revised depending on your progress & preferences. This strategy is a great way to help keep you focused, accountable & motivated towards creating positive change in your life!

What happens in the Initial Consultation?
Before you begin your sessions & program, you'll have an Initial Consultation which takes around 60 mins. The purpose of this session is to find out; your health history, what your goals/intentions are & to create a plan together to achieve this out-come. This initial session also generally includes physical movement & exercise to access your current level & abilities.
Do I need to have any equipment?
If you choose to have your sessions at the Clinic, any exercise equipment you may need will be supplied. If you choose to do the "Zoom" or "Skype" Video Call home sessions, some basic exercise equipment is recommended (such as a Fitball), but is not essential.
